Marmot Mountain Works-Return Policy

All items that meet the conditions outlined below may be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be new, unused, and have tags attached.
  • Sale items are returnable for store credit only.
  • Climbing Equipment will be closely inspected for signs of use and improper storage and/or handling.
  • Used equipment cannot be returned for any reason other than defects in the materials or workmanship.
  • We cannot accept returns of uncoiled or unsealed ropes.
  • Cut to length cordage and webbing is not returnable.

    If you have questions after receiving your order please contact us immediately upon delivery. To return an item for refund or exchange please pack it in a strong carton, secured with shipping tape. Include copies of your sales receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return and your contact information. Ship the items prepaid and insured for your protection.
